Two Dots is booking Brand Ambassadors for an ongoing activation at the Milwaukee Brewers Games. Staff will be responsible for helping with line management/crowd control, scanning QR codes, assisting with games, assisting with photo booth, passing out premiums & other ad hoc duties. If you want to be part of one of the most talked about sporting events in the world and you enjoy talking to people, love tennis, and simply know what it takes to provide superb customer service, then we may have the perfect job for you.
Two Dots Productions is currently looking for top-notch, hard-working, enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors, Production Assistants and Suite Staff to fill numerous positions for various sponsors at the National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows. While general knowledge of tennis is not required, it will be a big plus. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy interacting with people, can communicate key messaging and can maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm over the course of the 2+ week event. Some of our programs will be outdoors so you must be able to work long hours on your feet and in the summer heat.
Here are the details:
- Event Dates: August 18 - September 7
- Training Date: August 16 or 17; you will be provided additional details on exact times and potential make-up training date but your availability on this date will be very important
- Shift Times: Will vary by assignments and sponsor; generally there will be an AM shift and a PM shift for each day; please note that the shift times on the online application may not be the final shift time
- Potential Roles: customer service, greeters, premium distribution, production assistants, suite/hospitality hosts, product demonstrations; light manual labor is required for most assignments
- If you do not live in the NYC area, you MUST send us an email detailing your potential travel plans. Out-of-market applicants that do not send this email will not be considered. Please note that we will not be reimbursing any transportation or travel expenses. |

Brand Ambassadors will participate as “STEM Zone instructors” to teach attendees about the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math concepts that relate to sports. The STEM Zone has several interactive exhibits that BA’s would staff and teach the attendee about the STEM concept. Any education/teaching background and/or enjoy interacting with kids/adults regarding STEM is a huge plus!
